RARE!! Scurlock Kontanerette 1930s/1940s refrigerator container set! Comes with the original metal lazy Susan, which spins freely and easily!Hard to find these sets complete with the base.5 glass containers with yellow glass lids. They are in very good condition for their age. There is some wear and fading to the yellow paint, but the 10 glass pieces (lids /jars) are free of cracks and have relatively no chips. I can see a couple of tiny flea bite chips (tiny!) on a couple of the rims of the glass containers. Each canister is 5.5” at the widest part and 3.5” high.The metal base is a little rusted in places, but still has great graphics in the center. There are little tabs on the edges to hold the glass jars in place. Ball bearings are in great shape! The fluted top of the lazy Susan is approximately 11” in diameter. With the canisters on it, it’s approximately a foot in diameter. Fits well on our refrigerator shelves. We’ve used it for years! Time to pass along!
